So the final product will have a graphical overlay made of a lexan-velvet material with two transparent windows for the oled screens and one transparent bar for the leds. The idea is that when the leds or screens are off, this thing looks black.

Posted below are some crude samples that I'm playing around with. This gives you an idea how the leds will look on or off.

Weekly update?
Okay just a tad late but here we go:

I have two more PCBs out for build. The first is the display unit PCB which has undergone some needed fixes. The second is the sender unit PCB. These should be in by Friday or Monday.

A ton of software has been written and still a bit more tweaks are need to get this thing beta ready.

The graphics overlay is going out for quote tomorrow.

I got this thing in the car today for some road testing. I have included some pics and videos. In one video you can see how the boost profile feature works. The other video shows peak and boost profile recall.

What kind of sensors / senders is this thing going to be compatible with? I need to add afr & boost as part of my stage 3 install thats upcoming

Currently this is setup for the LC1 with analog out. 0V = AFR 10 , 5V = 20 AFR http://www.mad-professor.co.uk/Misc/LC1%20Analog%20Out%201.jpg

Is this a good range? It's pretty wide so I figured it would be best. I even programed it to say warm-up when the AFR is at 20 and the gauge just turned on. should work nicely if you set the LC-1 up correctly http://www.hondata.com/help/flashpro/wideband-lc1-2.gif

RE: LC1 outputs...

You might want to set up the range a little bit narrower... anything over 17-18 is way lean...

I'd ask the folks at innovative for some advise if I were you...

Crash, thanks for the input. Less range means more resolution, which is never a bad thing. Currently from 10-20 AFR (0-5V) with 10 bit sampling means we have roughly 1000 samples or .01 steps from 10 to 20 AFR. Looks like innovative allows analog output programing of range. As long as that interface is solid, it looks rather straight forward.
