  1. Anyone interested in buying a 2005.5 OBP LGT 5EAT? It's been sitting for a long time. Has JDM front end swap. Tons of upgrades, rebuilt short block, ClimberD VB mod, and have a bunch of OEM parts and other aftermarket to go with it. Gets started occasionally. Exterior in decent-ish shape given how long it's been inactive. Brake line on passenger side ruptured so brakes are out. Looking to move it and want to let it go. It was running fine before i stopped driving it, barely burned oil, but I bought something new and couldn't keep it where I lived. Going to put together a FS post elsewhere but this thread gets good traction. If anyone has heartburn about this entry I'll take it down. Really just want it to go someone who will put good use to everything on it. I can give the full mod list to whoever wants to see it.
  2. Maybe they redesigned the fumoto? This is the one I bought and had zero issues with interference on my 2005 LGT with an automatic trans: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B003VCEV0Y/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
  3. For those with the fumoto, I got a jug to drain into instead of just a regular pan and you can feed the hose right into it without any concerns about aim. Granted, this only works if you're on jack stands or ramps, or I guess have a really long hose from putting it up on a lift. This is the one I bought: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0014FKI1Q/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
  4. it was many years ago, but this is what I bought for fronts: Hawk Performance HB533F.668 https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000VKYGVS/ref=ppx_od_dt_b_asin_title_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 rears: Hawk Performance HB434F.543 https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000CO8XLC/ref=ppx_od_dt_b_asin_title_s02?ie=UTF8&psc=1
  5. Makes me think of a leak in the intercooler path. What's your IC setup? Or a leaky gasket in the UP or exhaust?
  6. wow looks like a raging success! and of course the pictures drive the FOMO pretty heavily. maybe next one...
  7. I did Boston to Miami (~25 hours) in one shot rotating with one other driver. Will never do that again. On the way home our two other travelers each took a turn as well. I still wouldn't do it without staying somewhere overnight. You don't get real sleep in the car so when it's your turn again you're barely any more rested.
  8. we do have a great little community here. i'm on the fringe these days but great to see it still running strong
  9. if you keep yelling at Amazon they'll likely just give you the money back
  10. That price seems accurate (if not low) if it includes all of the supporting bits. Looking back at my records, I paid ~$1500 in 2014 for the JDM Spec B bumper, grille, fogs, fender liners, undertray, brackets, etc.. You have to remember to consider the cost of shipping those large parts across an ocean.
