Basically...he buys cheap examples of cars, has his mechanic fix them or highly modify them(LS swapped 911, lexus LX into a fully lifted and flexed off-roader), but he also finds nice examples of cars and lives with them as is for a while, or finds crappy examples and lives with them for a while. He's actually really funny, and it's not the normal youtube car show that's hands on repair or straight reviews like the smoking tire etc. he's worth a watch for sure. I mean sure most 10+ model vehicles are built cheaper than most '09 and down models were. But how can a '08 lgt with 175k book value almost the same as a more rare, nicer inside out, and just as well built '10 lgt. But I'm @ 150k on my '10 lgt and I can see this car easily making it another 150k on the stock parts if properly maintained and not racecar driven. The modded headlights either HID or LED. It is possible there are minor mods just for looks, but there aren't many ways to tell what has really been done to her and put back to stock especially not the tune.
