Finally freed the space for the table saw to move out of the center of garage. found 3 cases of Valvoline 10/40 synthetic in one of the cabinets. I still don't understand why I attract so much Drama, either. I had my realtor looking for short-term garage space. Apparently, that doesn't exist in my area. But, definitely around 50k. I've never owned a brand new motor before, and my last rebuild I walked away from, so I couldn't tell you how long it would have lasted, as I only had it like, a year and half.
