Nope, go'damn teeth broke before the bolt did using Vise grips and old belt method. AMS tools were ordered and $75 for new cam gear from dealership. What is it made out of? I'll bet it would be less then the cost of the tool. 305,600miles 5/2012 ej257 short block, 8/2011 installed VF52 turbo, @20.8psi, 280whp, 300ftlbs. (SOLD). CHECK your oil, these cars use it.
