GEE-OTTO
Rear diff bushings would sure up the rear end under hard shifts. And the AVO brace set will help with tying the rear suspension bits together. Best bet (easiest) rear bar and links. Solid 20mm bar and links. pipi135
There wont really be a problem, you may just increase understeer if you're driving at the limit. I highly doubt your clunking problem is related to the bar itself though. sorry i should have been more specific. the bushings are worn out
N.sane
sorry i should have been more specific. the bushings are worn out Ooh, ok. That makes more sense Maybe get some Energy Suspension bushings. They come with beefier brackets too. Lube the bushings up real good and wrap some teflon tape around the sway bar to prevent squeaking.

subarulegay
ok so just want to make sure, can we use any aftermarket legacy front end links or do i need to get any rear forester end links?
N.sane
rear Forester end links only replace the front end links if you're using the Tribeca front sway bar. If you're not using a Tribeca front sway bar, use Legacy specific front end links. HOWEVER, some solid end link designs will fit both the front of the Legacy and the rear of the Forester because you can change the orientation of the shape from a C-shape to an S-shape and vice versa. For example, Whiteline solid front end links for the Legacy are also listed for the rear of the Forester.

GEE-OTTO
http://legacygt.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=128918&stc=1&d=1347845812 Picture of the goodies i have installed. getting both control arms off and back on was a bit tedious, but the bushing part was a headache. Finally went to a shop and paid 60$ to get original bushings off and the new LCA on. The ride is firmer than with the soft original soft bushings, at low speeds, the feeling of small bumps is enhanced, at highway speeds, feels much more solid. Rode about 150 miles today, very pleased with the results. I need a wheel alignment but would rather make a few more changes before I spend the money. Any suggestions for the rear bushings, cant seem to find much on AVO's site?? how do you orient the +.50 camber bushing properly ?? If that makes sense

shtbxr22
you mean the 25mm tribeca one is like a 23mm hollow one? mayhaps, but either way it is much better than the stock toothpick.

BeKnwn
I'm actually about to sell mine during the summer its amazing but now its winter and raining all the time I feel my front end giving out just from simple 25mph turns lol I don't like that idea so imma just down to the 20mm whiteline for 3rd gens and keep my rear at 22mm
m_dogg
Picked up Whiteline 20mm adjustable rear bar, description says the bushings are included, I'm assuming no brackets? Do I need 20mm specific brackets or will the stockers work?
N.sane
It was a hit or miss for me. When I upgraded from OEM JDM 20mm to AVO 20mm, the AVO bushings were too thick, so I re-used the RalliTEK bushings that came with the OEM JDM bar.

Need to spray all these bolts with liquid wrench or something so the install won't be a beach on Saturday My Tribeca bar and end links should arrive tomorrow. Can't wait! CDN 2.5i
If you can, install them one after another, but driving in between so you can get a feel for what each did. Both will yield significant improvements - nice to gauge how much each did individually...

Both will yield significant improvements - nice to gauge how much each did individually...That's what I did. I should install the front tomorrow. Very happy with how the car responds to aggressive cornering, it was money well spent. Drove on the freeway with 40mph wind gusts this afternoon, feels like it gained some stability.
