Roxy the Rottweiler aka my sons pillow. She is little over one year old. Sweetest dog I’ve owned

Riley (Yorkshire)

Both have great faces but the smile on Riley's face when your tickling/scratching him is priceless.

What a cute face on that little guy. I KNOW you love him...LOL

Well this morning at 0500, Jack pissed on the floor of the master bedroom. The sound of him pissing on my floor woke me up.

So no, I don’t love him right now. I’d like to sell him to Koreans right now.:spin:

He was doing so well with house training that we foolishly let him sleep on the floor next to our bed. Back to the kennel at night for now.

I'm still potty training Miki. It's not going too well. She goes when she wants to go. She'll do 7 hours straight through the night sometimes but sometimes she won't make it two hours. I only sleep four hours so if she can just make it five consistently, I'll stop with the crate.

Here's Ms Personality: All day, it was just me and her so she was in the front. Picked up my daughter and my daughter moved Miki to the back seat for the ride. We stopped for food and when I came out, Miki's giving me this "Why'd you let a human sit in my seat?" look:

Do you cut off her water in the evening? We give our guy dinner around 5-5:30, cut off water around 7:30, and put him in his crate around 10-10:30. He's been fantastic with the crate, but I think we just got lucky - even the very first night, he slept through the night without whining at all, no peeing in the crate, etc.

Well we figured a chick would get a female dog.
Close. He's more my GFs dog - she was the one with puppy fever, she found the breeder, bought the dog, pays most of its bills (food, vet, etc). She actually wanted a female, but was more set on a blue merle aussie, and the litter only had male blue merles.

I've taught him most of his tricks though!

Brought Ellie home last night, she's a Pembroke Welsh Corgi puppy weighing in at only 2 pounds (her siblings already weigh 5 lbs). She is the sweetest little girl, the whole fam is in love with her. My Niece spent the night, too wanted to help out the first night. She is just a little fuzzy ball of loves, I secretly think she might be a hamster and is just undercover.....

Rescued hound #3 last weekend after losing hound #2 at thanksgiving to renal failure. We have our work cut out for us. She’s been in a kennel for the last 16 months, with one short failed foster (little kids, little cats). Yesterday was the first day with zero accidents, and she is learning sit and stay pretty quickly. She snuggled with me at night, and while doesn’t enjoy going in her crate does well in it once there. I am head over heels!

We both lost a fur baby around the same time to Renal failure. It's still hard for me to think about her even now, the puppy eased the pain of loss some, but they can't be replaced. We will be getting another kitten in the near term, Ellie needs a friend to play with.
