  1. And that's the only good thing you can say about it. So far it's junk and hasn't lived up to the hype, very disappointing because of how it was pitched in the beginning. It's also the most dangerous vaccine ever produced. I won't be a cheerleader for big pharm, neither should anyone really, not when Pfiser is guilty of human rights violations.
  2. The person that injected me just got over a nasty covid infection, took about 3 weeks. Sucks that it isn't more effective at actually preventing illness.
  3. I hardly have time to wipe my own butt these days, how goes it? The critters are all getting along for the most part.
  4. And just like that, it disappeared itself. This exactly why Journalists, even left leaning ones, are getting pretty pissed off that they can't do their jobs anymore. Censorship sucks.
  5. Liking everyone at my new job, the onboarding app is pretty easy to use. I had my health, 401k set up in no time. Was able to do the new hire training from my phone too. Liking that I will be a part of the push to space and history being made.
  6. Even the Atlantic reported the actual number of Deaths related to Covid is about half of the CDC's total. The Atlantic is the exact opposite of a conservative site.
  7. Yes, it'll be Tuesday evening, the breeder's husband will meet us at the airport like he did with Ellie. We had a few names in mind with Ellie before she arrived, pretty sure Ellie wasn't one of them. We gave it a couple days with her before we settled on it.
  8. Can't do gizmo, my wife had a dog named that growing up
  9. Oct.5th Boy Fluffy coat Corgi Oh shit:lol: Apparently he's pretty mellow, should get along Ellie and Miles Need names, we're arguing over Leo or Sam
  10. No, she isn't consider exposed and doesn't need to, according to the school, the girl with covid is also in her class, and she does need to quarantine. Not sure for how long though.
  11. Girl has covid on my daughter's soccer team. Practice tomorrow is cancelled, team pictures and game on Saturday are also cancelled. She practiced with her last Wednesday and she as wearing a mask
  12. The master bathroom will get new tile and countertops, fixtures, going to paint and reface the cabinets. Want to install a fan vent light combo where the existing light by the shower is now. Right now it's over her sink which is a weird place for it. Other than that probably the biggest thing we're going to do is remove the existing walk-in shower and glass doors and replace it with a tiled floor to Ceiling shower, there's even room to bring it out a few inches. Wife likes the glass doors that open like a normal door. Wants to ditch the slider doors because the mildew in the tracks is hard to clean and looks like crap when it builds up
  13. Going to remodel both upstairsbathrooms in November, got a few bids, just need to pick out colors this weekend
  14. The real burning question here is, did you promptly make a standard regulation Baseball bat out of the wood from the lightning struck tree? And, did you name it Wonderboy?
  15. Started a new job, been pretty busy, with all activities resuming/ kids back in school, things are back into full swing.
  16. Probably something to this, there is similar data for the J&J vaccine showing the benefit.
  17. We need to get to at least 70%, and right now we're hair over 50, more outreach is needed for the holdouts. Guilt them into it if that's what it takes by sharing stories like the link above. If we can get half to come around we should be in a better position than we are now.
  18. We all have the same rights regardless of profession. Ostracizing people based on profession is already causing serious problems. For example, in Pierce County, WA, 70% of Fire fighters and emergency personnel are not vaccinated and will not get it. Many of them were protesting at the capital yesterday. Bottom line is, if they fire these people because of the mandate, stations will have to close. Hospitals and Law enforcement personal....same problem. Many rural school districts will not have enough teachers and will also have to shut down. If they continue to push this mandate we are going to have major problems come October (the deadline for getting vaccinated) I have two LEO friends that both have already had Covid and have natural immunity, they should be exempt from the mandate. Not even the Mayo clinic can provide a solid reason for why people with antibodies should get vaccinated other than it's probably a good idea, that's a pretty gray area answer and not nearly convincing enough. Both will absolutely not get the vaccine even if it means moving on. The best way forward is to educate and provide incentives for getting vaccinated, not to threaten people's careers and livelihoods. They're going about it the wrong way and now we have a serious threat to our core emergency services on the horizon. Pfizer, same as my 14 year old son (the others haven't been approved yet for ages 12 and over). I choose Moderna myself because early data suggests it's a little stronger against the Delta strain.
  19. My cousin's 15 yro nephew now has permanent heart damage as a result of getting vaccinated. The vaccine caused swelling around his heart so badly that now he has permanent tissue damage. The vaccine makers have complete immunity from being sued until 2023 so he has no legal recourse for being screwed up for life. But really, so what, not only should we mandate it but we should start kicking people's doors down, hold them at gun point and just shove that needle right in. Or we could just nail their doors shut and let them starve to death. But naw, they're sticking to passive aggressive BS like allowing employers to fire you if you don't get vaccinated or allowing employers to not hire you based on your private medical history. This is all completely American of course, just coincides right along with our Bill of Rights. Of course none of it is pure evil... naw. In WA, they can deny you unemployment if the reason you got fired was refusing the vaccine, thus denying you the ability to feed your family. It should be a choice. This is what tyranny looks like. Mandate people, how far are you really willing to go?
  20. Spotted in Auburn today, an ABP 05-06 LGT Sedan going up to Lea Hill. They honked, I threw a peace sign. I was driving my ABP LGT sedan
  21. https://www.videogamer.com/news/starfield-offers-up-a-look-at-three-locations-in-latest-video-series/ 3 extremely short videos were released on Bethesda's Starfield with Commentary on these locales. I can't wait for Nov 2022
  22. Probably as much as the Spanish Flu. What I'm getting from that study, and other experts on Lambda is that they're worried but not terribly worried only because Delta is so much more dominate than Lambda. Delta is far more contagious There have been some confirmed cases of the Lambda variant in Texas but it hasn't been widespread, let's hope it stays that way
