really! it looks sooo good. I wish it wasn't $1K+ :(

It was definitely worth the cash. I love it!!

Car looks great and the numbers are promising. Nice to see this kit getting some attention from forum members, hopefully it's still around if/when I get bored with the N/A!

I'm sure it will be. I have no regrets going this route. The car always put a smile on my face and now does more than ever.

That's pretty sick. Do you have a link for buying it? I might not put it on my car, not much of a sticker guy, but I like to collect stickers haha.

Quick update on my car.

Currently at 2600 miles with the kit. Car pulls like a champ and is running great still. 2 things have changed since last time. I put my old emblem back on the grill because I kind of missed having it, and it hides the horns a little. I also decided to install a boost gauge. First impression is it's cool, but a tad bright at night. I don't have a night picture atm because my camera's batteries died lol. If anyone is interested in a night picture I can grab one another time.

Lastly. My next oil change is coming up at the end of this month most likely. So I will be going back for a re-tune in August to raise the boost to 6psi. After doing the math out this will put me at at least 194whp and 198wtq. I'm quite excited for that!

Me too! I have the same gauge it is really bright! I was thinking of trying to tint it.

Same here, tint or some kind of shade. At this point it's not bothering me though. But I would like it to have a similar light output as my original car gauges.

Nice gauge! You could ask TBXS if they know how to dim the the LED output a bit. If/when I go boosted i would love to have the digital boost gauge that fits in the cubby above the head unit.

The emblem looks great in the black void.

The SPT is def number 1 on my list of replacement CBEs for my currently wrecked legacy lol.

I like the gauge. I'm not sure yet, the light output isn't bothering me yet. We'll see what happens. I'm glad I put the emblem back on, it does look good haha. I back the SPT cat-back 100%, looks great, sounds great, good quality product.

I think I saw somewhere about your accident and photos. Glad you're okay. Good luck on the repairs!!

And an update. I just scheduled my re-tune for the beginning of August. Can't wait for the 6psi tune! That should technically put me at 70whp/wtq over stock!! :icon_mrgr

I'll have to keep that in mind!

It's been a while, but I finally have a nice UPDATE! Should change the title to 3100 miles later and re-tuned!

I just got my re-tune done this afternoon. It's awesome! Only additions since the last tune are the Boost Gauge, BOV, and a manual TurboXS boost controller.

Currently putting down 201whp at around 5750rpm. The torque curve is not completely smooth so there are 2 peaks. First peak is at 3550rpm with around 195wtq and at about 4400 rpm it is 205wtq.

I'm running about 6psi, my tuner said it goes up to 6.2. I do have some turbo lag now. But this thing rips, I couldn't be more happier.

126hp baseline makes me sad haha (about 39% drivetrain loss), so using the same calculation, 201hp is about 280hp at the crank, which is great!

Curious how much the kit effected your MPG? I average 23MPG

Great results!

I hate to insert a commercial message here, but if people are interested in a kit in the near future (next 1-3 months) I'm putting the order together for a new batch of kits. Let me know if your interested, I don't want to order too few.

Regards,

I'll get back to you on that, haven't been able to calculate fuel economy since the new tune.
