scoobydoobie
After the RavSpec "honeycomb" grill GB fell through, I took matters into my own hands. The grill turned out much better than expected. It even looks good in the sunlight . http://i573.photobucket.com/albums/ss178/shoneal55esp/IMG_20120419_140929.jpg How much to make me one? KCwagon
I found it here : http://www.sfxperformance.com/parts/KAM44209.htm It is enough material to do two grills. I wanted mine thicker so I used two pieces back to back. I will post a better pic. Oh and Scoobydoobie : Considering the cost of the honeycomb material and the high probability of losing a finger with the Dremel : I could make you one for right around $300!!! Shello007
I have an unusual request. Is there anyone in the MD, DE area who has a can(s) of black and/or gold glossifier Plastidip? Just need to cover a badge on my trunk. Hard to purchase two cans just to spray couple ounces of it and probably never use it again. This is my Plastidip grille btw. black pearl
I work as a fleet maintenance tech at a local nursery so a lot of what I have to work with is what’s in the scrap heap out back. I originally was going to use a honeycomb grill insert out of a 93 dodge ram but it was to small and would require splicing aka was going to look like ass. A week later my saving grace came into the shop as a 09 caravan with a front end collision. here’s a link to the part I cannibalized for my grill http://www.car-stuff.com/2010dodgegrandcaravanbumperabsorber.htm

sanchitosonria
Go to Home Depot and get the mesh in the lumber section... Or look in the lumber section there... Good luck! LRegvall
Hoping someone can help. I'm at lowes and the gutter guard stainless steel mesh looks way too small to work as a grill . What do I use? I used lath mesh from Home Depot. It's used for tiling or plastering. It's inexpensive and pretty easy to work with.

I'm not sure what lath mesh is but I will ask at lowes. I have a walmart and a lowes near me. I don't even know where home depot might be around here haha.
