In the dawn of my childhood, I was given the opportunity to make a movie. We'd call it a video today. Because movies need sound, I was offered a moog synthesizer, speakers and eventually a sound proof room. My movie used stop motion on 16 mm film. It was very advanced. It took forever to film stop motion. The moog otoh was dead easy to create sounds and eventually music. fast forward 50 years. While looking for a cider shop for @JJBerk I parked down the street from what I now know is the moog factory. I'm rather bummed, I forgot to stop in before getting in my car. I can only blame the 6 samples of cider. Probably just as well. I would have impulse bought one. Depending on what people want to do, we can also stay at camp and someone can pick up our orders, or we can just descend on that place, lol. What time are people wanting to have breakfast? I made it to Lexington, KY last night; crashed hard in the hotel room. Will be departing soon as I finish a business call. @m sprank if I had realized that you were up 81 I may have taken that route instead. I choose a different route that is new to me this time and am going up 64/79, then backroads to cut up to the Penn TurnPike because I do what I can to avoid driving in Maryland. I joined the WhatsApp groups. I'll be in one of the primitive sites for Friday/Saturday nights. I guess we'll do our best as we're staying about 120 miles from the campground and plan on driving out to PA tonight. Barring unforeseen complications, we should be there by 9:00 a.m. Saturday.
