trianafrank
I was at the Nebraska Furniture, (that store is amazing in that it takes a full day to see everything, However, their prices are super low for good quality) and looking at their software, since I'm accustomed to a CAD/CAM manipulation of a model. The salesman showed me a cell phone application. He took 10 or 20 pictures of me and in about three or four hours, the 3D printer had digitized and coded my head. That is amazing and if you have a copy of what your wanting to 3D print, that Smart Phone application might be helpful. Peace Frank

quick4dr
UPDATE: My printed center 2 gauge pod with garmin ball. the garmin ball melted while driving in the sun to wicked big meet, with the weight of the gps on it. no big deal, mine was a prototype. i think im gonna scrap the garmin ball idea and just do a double gauge pod instead. i love the gauge placement for my oil pressure gauge, perfect in the lign of sight but not annoying

Streetlegal
Don't think so. To large. Yea printing that whole bezel is going to be very difficult. You would have to print it in separate pieces and put them together.
09specb_vt
Hi all, I'm happy to have stumbled upon this thread! I'm a mechanical design engineer with sufficient experience in solid modeling and 3D printing. The pictures above are a mount I designed and printed using ABS filament for my v2 AP. It's a must have if you don't already have a mount. I've been selling them for $15 shipped if anyone's interested. Please add me as a designer and a printer. I have access to a Airwolf HDx.

09specb_vt
Â I usually print at .2mm thickness. It's a much more consistent finish and the prints are more reliable.
Bonkerz1005
09specb_vt Can you please make one for the v3? I keep picking mine off the ground cause the damn glue gives out.
09specb_vt
I would love to have a mount for the v3. The issue is I don't have one to measure up and test with. PM me if you would consider sending me it for a few days. I'll see if I can find anyone local here that has one.
Streetlegal
Printed off a top view of the shape of the vent pod I've been working on to double check the fit before I printed the vent to test. Looks pretty damn good to me! http://i855.photobucket.com/albums/ab114/gearhead_18/Vent%20pod/20150615_163638_HDR_zpsbacbxjxo.jpg
