Ok guys, I really need this thing gone. $4000 takes it. -
PRICE DROPPED TO $2750! MUST GO!. Bought a Tesla Year, Make and Model: 2006 Legacy GT Wagon Color: BSM Miles: 255ish Transmission: 5EAT with Hexmods Title: Clear Lien: no Location: Scott Depot, WV VIN: 4S3BP676364303258 Seller's email address: jeffries.cody@gmail . com Asking Price: $3,000 Need to sell my 2006 LGT Wagon. I've moved on from it and I need money to pay bills. It has new tires, and I believe the below mod list is accurate. The bad news is the drivers side head gasket needs replaced. Compression on that side was around 95, compression on the passenger was 125 in both cylinders. I'm not going to part it out as i need the car gone ASAP. It runs and drives, never overheated. A simple head gasket job would get the car running great again. I just don't have the time or cash to do it right now. The body is great, only a couple dings. Interior is also great. Has Subaru rubber mats with it and cargo mat. Heated seats, and massive sunroof. Bit of surface rust on bottom side of drivers door at seam. I've found ABS shrinks too much. I generally print HIPS at 33% infill. .2 z resolution. -

I'm considering making a limited run of machined cubby gauge pods. I still have some testing to do on feeds and speeds for my cnc router but I'm fairly positive I can get great results even in aluminium. This would just be the triple and double with post pod, as my machine is only 3 axis and i can't manage the undercut from the slanted gauges. I'd estimate the milled versions would be in the $125 range for aluminium, and 85$+ for acetal / delrin / HDPE. Is there any interest in milled versions? http://emergentprinting.com/ -

I'm not sure if street legal ever posted the file. I know he had a ton of work getting it where it is. And it's really not well suited for fdm printing with consumer grade printers. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N910A using Tapatalk -

Here is the modified file. You will have issues with the thin walls on the extreme right and left sites likely but I cant make them any more robust. simply no room. This link will be valid for 48 hours. https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B7xZSe3f50KzLVdlTDVBaGlCTDA/view?usp=sharing -

How much larger do you need the gauge holes to be? I'll modify it for you and send you the file. If you try to scale in cura I think you're gonna have a bad time. -

How close is it to fitting? I designed it to be a tight slip fit. You may need to sand the inside of the bores if your printer isn't calibrated. The solid models are there for you to modify if you need to. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N910A using Tapatalk -

How much to large is the ball? It's sized to .750" iirc. Did it take more than sanding to make it fit? Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N910A using Tapatalk -

Glad to see the pod is working for people. I actually haven't printed the redesigned pod yet. That's the one posted to thingiverse, and had the 3mm pins to hold mounting tabs in. Glad to see it actually works Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N910A using Tapatalk -
