N.Y.X.
Just ordered Centric premium rotors and stoptech street pads all the way around. Hopefully I will be able to install and break them in properly this weekend... And use the old ones for target practice they're such POS!!! It's sad when my fully armored xterra stops better loaded than my LGT... N.Y.X.
It was pretty simple; only thing was the little c-ring or w/e they are called that you need pliers to get out easily. A couple adjustments to get it dialed in right and I like it. Just make sure you cut the corner out of the silver frame so the shift linkage clears. N.Y.X.
Only had 83k on her, Hammer Down said the belt was like that because the guides were too close. But that's it for preventative maintenance:) http://i1063.photobucket.com/albums/t503/childreth13/IMG_20140224_105140_044_zpsc9y2t7vn.jpg http://i1063.photobucket.com/albums/t503/childreth13/IMG_20140224_105156_679_zpskvcdwrkz.jpg

GEE-OTTO
Yout think about replacing that SPT with another intake? I've never heard one positive thing about it due to that MAF placement. Great regular guys build! I am waiting to get the return line for peace of mind.
Nightmaresmk
would suggest a different set of pads . i have those they are load dusty and they glaze over easy. i already removed them at 6k miles. love their rotors though.

They dust similar to any performance pad (if not a little less), and I've never had glazing issues. Got to heat up performance pads to keep them functioning well. I think they are a great street/spirited compound. My spec.B [#163] Project Thread with Pictures Get CryoTuned!

Great regular guys build! I am waiting to get the return line for peace of mind. I haven't, I got it for free and figured it's one of the only aftermarket parts that doesn't void a subaru factory warranty... so how bad could it be? would suggest a different set of pads . i have those they are load dusty and they glaze over easy. i already removed them at 6k miles. love their rotors though. Got to heat up performance pads to keep them functioning well. I think they are a great street/spirited compound. This is what I thought when making my decision. Although I haven't had time to bed them properly, I will get around to it this weekend. But I was amazed at the difference, I think they're are a great combo!! Nightmaresmk
I drive in the winter and drive some what aggressively. with DBA rotors they glazed over and where useless and very loud braking. I might have gotten a bad set but this is the issue with the rear pads as well.
I Donated bucko3the7man Posted February 27, 2014 I Donated Share Posted February 27, 2014 Hawk HPS pads with autozone blank rotors FTW on mine, winter braking is sometimes iffy but only the first time I use them on the day.

kzr750r1
Are you sure you found all of the hoses solid on their nipples. I wrapped all of my vac lines last round... Some are harder than others like on the back of the manifold where the T gets the vacuum.
N.Y.X.
I haven't gone through all of them yet, I plan on it when I replace the TMIC. Wanted to get rid of the cig burns from the previous owner on the A-pillar. Wrapped the passenger side last night (so if I messed up I wouldn't have to stare at it all the time until fixed) and it turned out to be pretty easy. I like how it came out...
