But for coils for less than $1k they are awesome!!! Wanted to add a little subtle touch on the headlights matching the wheels, but they came out ok. Need to re-do one as for some reason it's not sitting right. But once I do the lens maybe I will like them more. Posted July 9, 2015 Author Share Posted July 9, 2015 Ordered electrical sunpro A/F, Oil Temp and Boost gauges long with their 2 gauge flat plate mount I am going to try and retro fit into the cubby. I had to trim the back of the bulb connectors so the back can just barely catch and screw in to seal the unit. Peeled the clear covers off the headlights in preparation for the 3m restoration and just that makes the custom lights look better. I know they are cheap, but they are "the best" of the cheap world and have been around forever. I will at some point add "real" gauges but didn't want to spend $500+ on the real deal... I do like to test things to see my outcome, sometimes reading through pages and pages of others personal experiences just turns into white noise.... Disappointed with the OBXT brakes and pricing what the LGT setup would cost I figured I may as well go straight for the brembo setup. So I got a set of 5x100 Brembo STI Rotors along with matching gold front and rear calipers and rear hubs/spindles for the ebrake. Re doing my headlights this weekend, going to repaint the insides black, add a 100MM angel eye as well as some DRL's to give them more of a custom look. Plan on scheduling a tune soon, but I have never attempted fuel injector swap before, so I may just pay to have them installed along with the timing service. Not 100% sure yet.
