I love my 6 speed. perfect for those big setups with spool since the 6 speeds gearing is shorting.

let me know if u do a 6 speed. I got a whole excel spreadsheet with parts/part numbers and pricing from my swap.

Perfect ! Proly gonna start sourcing parts after the holidays so I def will be hitting u up .

04 STi 6 speed - ~2000-3000

Axles - ~500

Shifter assembly - ~300

clutch/flywheel - ~600

maybe crossmember - ~200

That's a very short list.

No cross member but you either need a auto driveshaft or custom. Also axles are almost impossible to find used, new is really the only way. Also if switching to spec b axles add the r180 rear diff.

I'll post my excel spreadsheet tonite if I remember.

yes^^ i did my 6 speed first, and now im building my motor.

both pricey but atleast you know the parts have no miles/low miles.

my car has 143k on it. replaced the trans with a 6 speed that has 24k on it. rear diff 24k everything else new. and when i rebuild my motor everything will be brand new and fresh. pricey but its like having a "brand new" car LOL just alot faster than off the assembly line
