Brainchild Customs
^thanks man! Looking forward to seeing what you come up with for the mount:) Recieved a couple of new goodies from PROVA today via Japanparts. Dry Carbon hood scoop trim http://imageshack.us/a/img546/5765/provadrycarbonhoopscoop.jpg http://imageshack.us/a/img405/5765/provadrycarbonhoopscoop.jpg Air Intake Guide Panel http://imageshack.us/a/img593/6149/provaairintakeguidepane.jpg http://imageshack.us/a/img72/6149/provaairintakeguidepane.jpg http://imageshack.us/a/img833/6149/provaairintakeguidepane.jpg http://imageshack.us/a/img217/6149/provaairintakeguidepane.jpg I do have to report that the air splitter is NOT going to be a direct bolt on . One of these faith buys had to bite me in the ass I guess... I am confident that I can make it work in some capacity, but I may have to break out the dremel. The piece is about an inch or so larger in depth than the US piece its meant to replace, I'll try to snap a pic of the difference but this certainly reconfirms that there are some obvious differences on the front ends of the US vs JDM/EDM models - but we already knew that The rear clips all line up perfectly. The hood scoop trim I think is going to work just fine. I'm planning to have the body shop try to install it next week with the other parts. But sizing seems to be right. One of these faith buys had to bite me in the ass I guess... Check the part number - - - 81220FD0190 should be the number for your car... 81140FA0190 is the number for the newest models ( like the DIT and '13 GT's ) - looks like Japan Parts sent the newer one
Brainchild Customs
^hmmm thanks, I'll check on that! Yep they sent me the wrong one! I have 81140FA0190 BM/BR according to prova the part should be: 81220FD0190 Phase 3 for Legacy BM/BR 25GT/25I, Outback each JDM only. 81220FD0190 23,100 JPY (5% tax included) Emailing them now

Hope they rectify for you... How much was the shipping BTW ? I already have an Account at Prova so I could source it for you but I don't know about JapanParts' shipping costs and turn around times so they might be the best bet for you... Seems like such a shame to take a dremel to that beauty....
Brainchild Customs
^I agree. Thank you so much for noticing that for me. I didn't want to have to cut it up! They've already replied to my email saying that they're checking with PROVA. If I get a replacement, maybe we can work something out for shipping to get it to you. Higuma
Sounds fine - let me know... I am VERY interested to see how the scoop spoiler looks installed - that has also been catching my eye... Gborja888
Your car looks great man! I didn't know that you actually or already got your TK rear diffuser, I just saw your post/topic just now. I normally lurked around in the other 5th gen LGT section. I will probably get the same trunk lip spoiler to complement my rear diffuser. But I'm still contemplating on changing my front bumper to an LGT bumper before I'll make decision to select which front lip I should get.

Brainchild Customs
^thats because I found it on Prova's website and asked Japanparts if they could get me one. Then they added it:lol: and sent me the wrong one:( Sounds fine - let me know... I am VERY interested to see how the scoop spoiler looks installed - that has also been catching my eye... Why would you need to change bumpers? Is that the S-package vs L-package difference on the JDM versions? I know the fog lights look different, but I didn't realize the bumper had a different shape as well. damn you Subaru!
Brainchild Customs
went to check the brakes out at the shop, here's a better pic of the front calipers. http://imageshack.us/a/img831/9079/stoptechst40calipers281.jpg and snapped a couple of pics of me and my buddy's MR out front http://imageshack.us/a/img836/1504/randomatandrewtech28132.jpg http://imageshack.us/a/img534/4310/randomatandrewtech28131.jpg

Actually I don't need to change, I'm quite satisfied with my existing bumpers, but I just saw someone posted and selling here a used complete set of OEM S-package bumper for $200+. I'm just hoping it's in good working condition. I think the S-package bumper definitely looked much better and have a lot more options than the L-package one for the front lip as well as the fog lights. I really wanted those LED DRL on fog lights. I'm really looking forward to seeing your TK rear diffuser installed.
exbagboy
I prefer your JDM bumper to the LGT JDM bumper, it flows a bit better in the center. I've drooled over pics of both these bumpers for a long time so I know.

Both bumper actually looks good to me but I prefer LGT one because of more options available to this bumper.
