Magic Marker
I'm going to consider an XT, but why can't they get it to run on 87?? I really hope it gets really good MPGs. 2011 Volvo S60T6 & 2013 Volvo XC60T6 Polestar

eehpeehthreeh
Now the other question is, will this be the next in their lineup to have LED boomerangs? This last pic you've posted, B4, almost seems to finally confirm this. Between the press shots of the regular and XT, only the XT looks to have a "brighter" look to them. Perhaps this lighting element will be reserved for the "performance" models?
The B4
The XT's "C" shape does light up. I don't know if the USDM Forester will get the LEDs in the bumper. also... the normally aspirated Forester hits 32 mpg Highway. http://www.subaru.com/auto-show/la-2012.html [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]

The B4
From Cocoa Beach Bum on Nasioc. The media embargo on publishing driving impressions about the new Forester ended at 11 PM EST and so we now have a host of articles available online. The B4
I have come to the conclusion that most CVT hate is derived from the facts that CVTs are not enthusiast oriented and they are unaccustomed to their behavior. A lot of enthusiats hate automatics and CVTs get it even worse since they are generally used in applications of low horsepower and high mileage. That's a negative association for most enthusiast. Most people that drive a decent CVT get used non shifting behavior and the noise of the engine RPMs staying high. Most of us have it ingrained in our heads since the time we were in car seats that a car shifts gears. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
Diggerdan11
I wonder why Subaru decided to carry over the base 2.5L from the current Forrester. Why not the 2.0 from the BRZ? Its more powerful, smaller, and more efficient.
