Making progress...

This is a mock-up of where a couple things might be mounted... Had to move the coolant reservoir and cut the tabs on the intake manifold to make room for the intercooler piping.

It is white. Underneath. ;)

 

Yeah, I got bored not having a car to work on while I waited ONE YEAR for my turbo. :lol: And my x-wife took my GRP wagon, so I really had nothing to mod for a year. Had to do something. I'll post some better pics up later of the wrap.

Been there done that! I had to mod my PC when i waited for EFR

I love how the pipe on the left is almost a dead straight shot to the turbo. None of the snaking, winding piping some front mounts have.

Brackets are done! Had the piping lightly sanded to give it a satin look to go with the brushed steel vinyl wrap. It'll go back home next week to finish up fuel lines and and bits and pieces; then off to the dyno!
