magnetic1
Could you put a thicker copper washer on the caliper side of the banjo to move it away ? Better yet, Im going to get some abrasive resistant sleeving. You guys can put it around the line. That should help, but obviously you should still inspect once in a while. Kinda like this: http://cableorganizer.com/images/techflex/gorilla-braid.jpg No need for Group Buy... I posted a link earlier in this thread somewhere. Lemme dig it up and repost, you can order through there. I just need to order a roll of this abrasion resistant tubing for you guys and include if desired. Should be about $3/ft. Or you guys can order yourselves from McMaster: http://www.mcmaster.com/#sleeving/=4hggns Free Sonax Cleaner Deal http://www.brakeswap.com Carbotech, Hawk, PFC, DBA Rotors, Motul, Wilwood, Castrol... Guest
Update. I bled the brakes last night, but the car is still on stands for other reasons. The lines seem to be holding pressure ok. Will update after test drive. The sleeving would certainly work it for the piece of mind. But I think it would be alright without. There is still a gap (~ 1mm) and the line is pretty stiff and should not really flex unlike stock rubber line, so I would say I am being paranoid. I'd just install it and monitor. Fix only if there are signs of abrasion in the plastic sleeving.

subaruski
http://www.tamemymind.com/blog/images2007/smiley-bangheadonwall.gif Only reason I ask is cause RavSpec convinced me to order a set of braided Technifit lines for $150. Said the fronts needed to be "custom" fitment. I'll be installing brembos in the front only and keeping the stock LGT brakes in the rear.

subaruski
Stock / stock fitment Legacy lines is what you need for Brembos in front. Don't let anyone sell you something else. Conversation with RavSpec. I ordered these for $150 almost a month ago, have yet to get a tracking number or a pm response the last couple days. Subaruski: Do you carry any stainless steel brake lines? I have a set of front Brembo calipers I would like to put on my LGT. RavSpec: We carry Technafit , but we would have to custom order yours. Let us know if you need front only or front and rear and I can get back with you with pricing by mid next week. (and are rear standard LGT?) Subaruski: What exactly is the difference? Just curious? Can I install the stock LGT lines to the front Brembos in the mean time until I order these from you? RavSpec: No, the fittings for the Brembo are different. Underdog
I already have a set of the techna-fit LGT specific lines, but I am doing a Brembo swap and want to order your two custom lines. Problem is, I'm not sure which color to get that will match. As unclemat stated earlier (and I can confirm since I have these as well w/my full Brembo swap) these fit just fine.
