mschmidt
New customer here... I went with the 12-2 wire concept. Sounds great at idle and low rpm. It could be a little louder after the turbo spools. I plan to keep it this way for awhile.

hogmeat
I'm having a little trouble with my PDX map. Before I post anything - I want to datalog my car, and seek a revision from PDX. I have a USB-serial converter on the way, afterwhich I will datalog. Just don't know where I'm going to find a 1/4 mile extension cord. I'm pleasantly surprised... SubieDriver
Just don't know where I'm going to find a 1/4 mile extension cord. Well, if you buy 13 100' cords, and add a 20', you'll be there...

Cliff
So, I just got my catless downpipe on and flashed to Stage II+ and need to go down a stage or two with the hogzaust. The Hogzaust is hella loud now.
hogmeat
Really? When I went to a fully gutted stocker - my hogzaust didn't change sound AT ALL! I was disappointed. hogmeat
Nope. I am fully catless. I can look in my tailpipe and see the little turbo wheel spinning. If I look really close I can even see the valves opening. I'm pleasantly surprised... It was most certainly worth the couple bucks and 10 mins of my time. PimpFro
Well i have been itching to try this and i just did... Fully stock exhaust minus the "Hog-zawst" now and it sounds pretty good. its not all that loud either. i think its quieter than the stock WRX/STI sound and if i get annoyed later i can always change it back. Gonna go for 2 thumbs up on this one. Pure Adrenaline Attached... To A License Plate
hogmeat
2 more thumbs for my collection!! YESH! As always, add or remove a stage for loudness desired. I'm pleasantly surprised...
