Funny thing is that price is less than the wholesale cost of the Konis BEFORE shipping!

I also happened to mention the forum in the comment block when placing the order.

I did receive a offer for 2% off my next order and a note saying items normally ship in 48 hours.

We'll see.

Monday, Aug 27th. just checked the CC statement, the amount was billed on Saturday, $490.60

Got a Fedex tracking #. Should have them in a couple day's, I requested them to hold them at the local pick-up station. They'll call when the package is ready for pick up.

305,600miles 5/2012 ej257 short block, 8/2011 installed VF52 turbo, @20.8psi, 280whp, 300ftlbs. (SOLD).  CHECK your oil, these cars use it.

Just picked them up. They are the correct part numbers. Now on to springs and mounts.

New rear dust boots are $3.15 each X 2

New rear spring seats are $12.23 each X2

I was under the impression that in on Koni install thread it said not to use dust boots

Do NOT use KYB or any other non-Subaru-OEM-part dust boots. The KYB from tire rack didn't fit and they wouldn't refund me money.

@Max, unless you've already run lowered, the plastic dust boots are probably in great shape. Mine washed up and looked fairly good with 100k on them. The one in that photo looks perfect.

Over the weekend I'll check out the other boots, I was also thinking that one looked pretty good.

Heard back from m sprank, he recommends OEM mounts and the 1/4" space to level the wagon.

I'll order the Tein H and spacers from him.

I think there's a group buy for epics going on right now as well. Which is another good spring to pair them with.

Not trying to lead you away from htechs, I'm very happy with that set up. Just giving another option :).

Thanks, when I PM'ed m sprank, I mentioned that GB but I don't think I want to wait that long, to get 50 people.

I don't think the GB has to get to 50 people. That's just how many sets he ordered.

I just posted that question there, can I receive them in a week or two.

I just responded to that thread but I'll say the same thing here.

Mike should be making a GB thread soon. (today or next few days)

Order is already placed, but it will probably be longer than a week or two being that they have to be made and then sent out to Mike.

The GB thread should have a good ETA in it.

Yeah, I checked all my distributors, looks like the Htechs and Epics are out of stock (have been for a while) :(
