Subaru claims a more efficient turbo design, but I hesitate to call it "larger", as it doesn't look that upon physical inspection. Had dual AVCS for a while now, I believe. TGV is new to JDM, but infinitely variable. Haven't heard anything (yet) about redesigned exhaust ports. That's an old "tuned by STI" with a S402 badge photoshopped in, or merely added on. tallguylehigh Posted June 30, 2006 Share Posted June 30, 2006 The improvements sound impressive and the upgrades to the interior look nice as well. However, the exterior I am not too crazy about. Granted I am grateful that the Legacy didnt get the new corporate grill, but some of the touches, like the headlight creases and the reflectors in the rear bumper seem to make the design too busy for my taste. I like the looks of the current body style much better, it seems to be more coherent as a whole. Any words on a power boost for the US Legacy, or will it remain at the 243? US MY '08 Legacy will have bumpers just like the JDM MY '07 ...the 5mph bumpers were designed into the refresh. The JDM model received the short end of the stick so to speak.
