Marvick08GT
DW440 PWM controller works the opposite that it should. Will not work in any subaru the way it is now. Shame on DW for claiming subaru fitment for PWM. Shout out to Agile Automotive for breaking out the O-scope and proving DW wrong. That's why they have done all my subarus. DW swapped the PWM controller for a low/high controller (DW) with Honeywell boost sensor/trigger assy for max duty at high boost. Should be ready tomorrow, been crazy with my Mom having open heart surgery.. Edited September 9, 2021 by Marvick08GT

With a low side drive the duty cycle is backwards of what you'd expect. 100% is off. . Haltech let's me switch it to high side drive and it works how I want it to. Marvick08GT
Have about 120 miles on the break in so far, all I can say is wow. She is smooth as silk, loving the turbo noises even at under 5 psi.  Installed the hood, looks better and there was a temp difference in IAT and coolant while cruising around. Will be installing the whiteline kta124 and toe lockout as well. Picture of my old block, said it looked great (headgaskets leaking under boost)
cheeseenlo
Looking great! I love the JDM grille. What happened to the KB hard inlet? Looks like you're back to the Perrin.
Marvick08GT
Yeah, I will be selling the Killer B Inlet. Won't work with the EFR due to it being angled towards the drivers side. The perrin fits good, the Killer B will fit any stock location turbo except the EFR..
Febreze Mee
How exciting! As others have said, it looks really good. MILKRUNÂ - Click Here

Marvick08GT
At 600 miles now, oil was changed at 500 miles with Motul break-in oil. Engine is quiet, no noise on startup etc. Â Tune is set for 10/04, he will have the car 2 or 3 days to give them time to dial it in. (Tuner driving it home) Â So excited! Marvick08GT
~700 miles and counting! Wanted to throw the wheels on, makes a HUGE difference from the stock 18's. Turn in and overall feel of the car has greatly improved. Going to make sure the preload is set correctly on the dual IWG-75, I don't want any phone calls of not hitting 30+ psi... Marvick08GT
Car is getting the first real oil change tonight. (993 miles) Motul Xcess 5w40 (builder recommended) Â Went to install the KTA124 yesterday and realized I needed a few more bushings to complete it.(after I airhammer the bolts out the factory bushing will be toast.)Â W63394 W63396 W63397 W63398Â Some pics of how it sits (dirty.. lol). Waiting on the paint to arrive so I can spray the mirrors and install.
Marvick08GT
Dropped the car off... keep Speed in your prayers.  They will have the car for 3 days to tune the part throttle and cold start for E85. Will also be installing a RIFE IAT sensor, seems cool and I wanted to check it out! Trying to get a 30psi every day map and a 34psi "kill" map. Up to the tuner of course. The chase bays coolant reservoir is incredible! Great design and I highly recommend. I also have the AN power steering setup to install as well. Will update once I hear something. Getting ready to list my 1k mile used parts as well. Marvick08GT
Got the car back! Feels like a different animal. Timing and boost are lower due to the 1300's (@28psi now,, need 1700's to raise and keep safety margin, base pressure is @60) other plot is the 26psi Blouch 1.5xtr. Have a complete whiteline bushing and arm kit going in. Also got the cusco type 2 lower brace (with the control arm triangles) rear diff brace and trans/engine mounts. (Group N cannot handle the power) Once all the suspension is done need to get an alignment as well. Ordered 3mm hubcentric spacer/adapters (56.1mm-73.1mm) may or may not install. These will bring me to ET45. (And clear brembos in the future if necessary) Edited October 20, 2021 by Marvick08GT
Marvick08GT
Installed Cusco transmission mount and differential mount. Also installed solid driveshaft bushings and whiteline trans bracket bushings. Previous had Group N trans and bracket bushings, and the energy suspension insert in the diff mount.  She feels solid again, no more bucking on/off throttle. Very happy.
