Ok fixed! LOL

Further, we've got some fitment issues that I need to work out with CTSV.

So far the pad DOES sit above the rotor a bit =\

Here is the bracket installed after everything removed. Not upside down.

I ordered a L/R kit for rotors. 126.47019 and it's supposed to contain 126.47019SR and 126.47019SL. What I got was 125.47019 for both left and right but they were marked as such. They are the correct height rotors I believe of 12.8" or 326mm.

Now I wait till CTSV gets back to me.

Here's a GDB-F front brembo (06 STI) front brembo on the LGT front knuckle with the same powerslot rotor.

Fits perfectly and sits right.

Also, here is a side by side comparison of the two

I wonder if the older CTS V Brembos are smaller and use the same "ear" pattern as the newer ones. Since they would both be foreign made ones I bet there would be a chance. Only reason these new ones are so cheap is that they are being made stateside :)

Yeah that doesn't look good at all. Hopefully it can be worked out because this looks like an awesome upgrade.. probably drive down the cost of brembo swaps also!

I dont think they are the same. This is the regular ATS caliper not ATS V which has a six piston. Someone tried to do a ATS to CTS V swap but it literally requires too much . I think they said they need new spindles, hubs , brake lines, and everything else you need for a brake setup.

Plus the CTSv brembos require a 19in rim.

Stock s13 caliper, sumitomo four piston (similar to FHI four pots), and the older CTS V brembo.

Similar pricing to the newer Brembos as well!

People swapped these directly onto F bodies. The caliper itself seems like a smaller frame than the ATS calipers.

I had messaged the people that make the ats adapter and they said that the ctsv calipers won't work with the kit because they have offset mounting holes which make it difficult to make a bracket for.

****. Looks like Amazon sent me the wrong shit. Grr. I ordered the right stuff but they sent me something different. Glad I know I didn't **** up on my own.

Do you know what application the calipers were for that they actually sent you?

what we need is: 172-2586 & 172-2587

what I received was 172-2592 & 172-2593 (these are for the 2013-2015 XTS)

they are definitely bigger than the ATS version. the rotors and pads are the same though!

So now i wait till i receive the correct ones (hopefully soon) and I spoke with Amazon and they'll be issuing me a refund for the wrong ones even though I had them well beyond their return and refund window!

the bracket works honestly. If i had bigger rotors it would've worked.

Lucky you.. good thing you found out too.

I ordered some lug nuts from Lug Shack, they shipped me the wrong thread and refused to take them back as it was beyond their return/refund window. Anyhoo they refused to make it right, saying I should've checked in -20C weather when I received them to confirm each and every single lug nut.

that was my gripe too. i told them i bought this shit in late january early feburary (as mentioned before it's been chilling in my house for a while) and i didn't get a chance to install it now. obviously it's a while over your return policy but given the situation you guys sent me the wrong shit.

I've had nothing but issues with a lot of things lately from them so i pressed the issue and i was happy to be told i can return them for a refund but i won't be refunded until the incorrect calipers return. I said i wouldn't have known unless i installed them either!

Not fitting on stock 17s (even with spacers) kills the interest for me. Car is 11+ years old. Hoping it runs another 2-3. Looking for a newer semi-DD/track toy (thinking used cts-v) with lgt as backup. 18s + this would be $3k easily - car isn't worth $3k. I did just pay $2k+ to repair front diff + add hexmods f1, but that wasn't really an 'upgrade', more a 'keep it running' cost.

Totally in the same boat. Plus with the recent pictures, not all of the pad being used is a total deal breaker. I picked up a whole front brembo setup for the same price as the ATS which just made more sense to me.
