bomberlegacy Posted November 18, 2012 Author Share Posted November 18, 2012 Changed oil & trans fuilds with Amsoil. My trans fluid was a nice caramel color, it seems to shift a lot better now. Also hooked up the trans cooler lines and the temp sensor. Almost done with everything! Waiting on my wideband afr kit to get here, then I will get another e-tune, and finally go get the dyno tune. I am enjoying driving it, rarely get into boost. I would highly recommend exhaust, injectors, E85, and a tune to any 2.5i. I set my wideband gauge to e85 and it seems to be on the lean side. I didn't get out on the highway, but I'm not sure how I am running lean and getting 11.5 mpg at the same time. hah, oh well more tuning will help. I can't get my homemade usb cable to work in rom raider..it just shows 10 all the time, and the $70 PLX cable is out of stock till next week. I idle around 14.8 on the wideband, and it gets into the 16s and 17s when I get into boost and it starts cutting out. I am afraid to go WOT for my 3rd gear log. My CEL has been on for a while for being rich..so now that I know its lean, i reset my ecu..lean issues fixed. I drove around for 5 min and the afr never got even close to what I was idling at before. WAY more power too.
