Also spotted a black LGT Wagon in Jersey City with a BILL KOLB license plate frame, but two women were in it that didn't look the LGT.com profile. ANYONE ? Tommyh Posted January 14, 2006 Share Posted January 14, 2006 Was passed by, paced with traffic, and happend to follow a RGP LGT sedan this evening on I395 North passing Norwich CT. It had a driver and passenger, both males, about mid-twenties. Car flickered it's highbeams when behind me. Looked to be nicely lowered and it had dealer licence plate frames over its PA state plate.
