Removing the bumper made it the easiest: http://i294.photobucket.com/albums/mm92/iahtnoob/SL734359.jpg I utilized all 15 screws and washers that came with the lip: http://i294.photobucket.com/albums/mm92/iahtnoob/SL734361.jpg Had to modify the under tray by cutting 4 notches so it wouldn't hit the screws used to screw on the lip. I didn't even jack the car up. My thinking is that at this price, I could perhaps buy one or two, pre-form/modify them to be of near-perfect aesthetics, and then just hang them up in my garage, to await the inevitable. In reality it is just like installing any of the other lips that you can buy, the difference being that you need to bend it a little more and put in some more screws. Of course you also have to cut the ends off if you want to make it flush but that is pretty self explanitory. I might take my bumper off again this weekend and paint the lip, if I do I will take better picture of the bottom.
