SBT
Thanks. 85K, female driven (I think). Package came out to $2.6K and comes with OEM FW, clutch, PP, fork, trans mount, diff cradle, DP bracket. Missing shifter and slave cylinder though . My "to buy' list includes: a. shifter assembly b. slave cylinder c. wagon 4EAT driveshaft (Outback ok?) d. spec B axles e. DCCD controller (probably just get a manual version) Anything else you could think of? Not sure if the starter is the same or not, but I see them included a lot of times with a 6MT conversion "package" - Pro amore Dei et patriam et populum -

Scooby2.5
I don't have any pics but swapping transmissions on the 25th so I can take some then. Mine is below the radio but on top of airbag (?) module. May be the same place as hammers Can't remember. Anyway that is a good spot. As it is close to wires going down the hole to the transmission and also close for the g-force sensor that has to be in the center of car under the console. Waxiboy
Sorry, I meant the switches. I don't think 2 switches will fit by the e-brake handle.
Scooby2.5
Yes they will!!!!! Ill post a pic here in a bit You just have to take the console out and look at the underside of this area. There are some things on the underside but just enough space to put them there. I measured a dozen times and then cut the holes with a dremel after covering the area with duct tape. Pulled tape off and they snapped right into place Edited May 15, 2013 by Scooby2.

ama0787
Any chance you have the dimensions for the holes that need cut? Thanks, Anthony
Scooby2.5
I measured the back side of the STI switches, and maybe even traced around them with a pencil and then cut. If you do it right they snap right in the holes. Just be careful where you cut the holes. Make sure you look at the back of the console first as there is stuff back there. They barely fit and you have to be precise. Good luck! Edited May 16, 2013 by Scooby2.
