Those "vents" won't fit a USDM bumper. I know...I've tried. www.rrevsports.com has CF ones, not sure about the pictured ones tho Not the same thing...the "vents" he's talking about are part of the JDM rear bumper. LOOK HERE. Unfortunately my situation has changed and I'm being forced to give up the car. No one was interested in the car as is, so I'm parting it out. Assuming I could find a replacement as my wife made me sell off all the factory originals when I took them off, I would probably sell it for $300 outright. The Zero/Sports lip is a scratched from the bottom (not visible) because the car sits a tad low. Otherwise with an exchange, I'd probably just take $100 on top.
