Hi there. You asked about my installer? Heh-heh, well he's a rather private person so I thought I would take this offline.

But yeah, my installer is also my vendor. He imports most of the JDM parts and accessories for all Japanese cars. Pretty much all the JDM parts stores order through him. Luckily for me he lives near by and drives a MY05 Legacy. So a lot of the items he can get he can also install. The great thing about him is that he's very careful and detailed. He used to do customizations and fabrications for a living but now concentrates on importing only. But he still does the installs like mine (I'm like the 6th Legacy front mount he's installed including his own) on a part time basis as a hobby. But yes, he's regarded as being one of the most knowledgeable and best when it comes to anything JDM.

Unfortunately these were custom made for me by a small company in Japan that make the vented fenders for Liberal/Albero. They are not available to the public and that ordered them for me did a lot of research and investigation and does not want to reveal who his source is. Sorry.

Is the 07 model the one with the face lift? Because if not, JapanParts.Com sells something similar for the A~C series. Good luck.

When I first started I didn't see much that could be done either. But then I discovered the JDM aftermarket and there are tons and tons of things for the Legacy that they just don't share with the rest of the world. I'm very lucky to know someone who can tap that JDM market for me.

But you're right. To me they seem pretty much similar. I think as of 2007 in Australia and 2008 in the US (when the face lifted models came in), Subaru started to be more standardised. Grills that were once different are now shared with the 2.5, GT, and GT Spec B. So I reckon the ZeroSports front lip should fit the USDM model for your year as well.

The vendor I get my stuff from does not ship international, however I checked the JapanParts.Com website and it looks like the sell the ZeroSports front lip now (it's called front under spoiler). The price itself seems reasonable. But what will kill you is the shipping. Because it's a thin piece of plastic that takes up a great deal of space and cannot be folded, it's shipped in a huge wide box (albeit thin).
