If it was dark blue with non-stock rims and a stock spoiler that could have been me...was it actually on Railroad Ave. or going by the end of it? I was in the Benz Spotted an older man driving a Silver LGT Sedan, lowered, wheels, exhaust, V1 on windshield, driving like an ass on 24 West.. I spotted a black GT with...lip spoiler, tints, grille, cleared and blacked out headlights, stock wheels...oh and huge ******* damage to the right front end. Eek...
