It came with an STi appearance package (unlike the 07s) that included the STi front lip, STi wheels and blacked out lights and C-pillars. People were always asking me why I have STi emblems on my lip and wheels so I just went all out and got the rest of the emblems, VF39, STI TMIC and seats. Can't speak for your state, but in Minnesota that is illegal if the officer sees it as careless or reckless. Both careless and reckless can be charged on a parking lot as long as it is open to the public. Careless does not require you endanger anything but your car and/or your health.
