There he told the nurse he had just returned from West Africa, but they sent him home anyways... I promise I'm not a lawyer, but after reading the prior sentence it kinda sounded like I may be lol. It is somewhat disconcerting that ebola was diagnosed here after he had contact with possibly up to 100 people versus the other cases who were brought here under strict quarantine.
