hmmm...flat foot? You might need to get measured for pronator/supinator tendencies. That will give you pain very quickly, and quote easy to correct

I have an arch. My friend works at teh Athlete's Foot and he said I should use teh machine to find good running shoes. I may have to do that after I autox tomorrow.

do you understand pronator and supinator?? It's the roll of your foot to either side (forget which is which). I have a tendency to walk on the outside of my left foot. Any expensive New Balance will have serious motion control to eliminate all of it.

Yes, I do. My dad was a runner, he ran about 4-5 marathons. I know shoes are important, but I thought my cross trainers would work.

 

He used to buy a lot of Asics so that's probably what I'll get.

One of my accounting professors was a runner also, and he always talked about the advantages of Asics Gel over Nike Air. Said it was better. We did a term project on Ryka, the women's shoe company. He knew what he was talking about.

 

Me? I stick with the classics. Adidas Samba's and Stan Smith's.

after close to 2k miles of driving in a 4day period, i'm a little pooped!! i might have one, maybe 2 and then im gonna crash to Friday Night Stand Up. hell the beer may just be my dinner like it was last night!

 

if i catch a "2nd wind" i may get up with the new wrx guy in town and see what he's up too since he wanted to get up last wknd when i was out of town.

i think im either gonna cook a pork lion or salmon for dinner...i got 20mins to decide till i hit the grocery story.
