  1. The only difference between the LGT sedan and LGT wagon mufflers is that the wagon mufflers have a little extension between the tip and the muffler itself, otherwise they have the same mounting points.
  2. Front diff and trans fluid flush. Well my transmission is auto, so I wouldn't call it a flush entirely. I didn't care to fill and drain it 3x over. The fluid that came out of the transmission looked fresh anyway. Gotta do the rear diff this weekend. And I will hold off on brake fluid since I'll be doing an LGT swap within the next oil change or two.
  3. BBV I performed a movement too. What kind of a movement did you perform?
  4. Yikes! Yeah Boxita, if that is the 85mph highway. I don't know the name of it. I didn't drive West enough
  5. Vehicle emissions tests are a thing of the past in Washington, after 38 years. At the start of this year your race car can be a race car.
  6. I absolutely LOVE the Texas Hill Country. Beautiful sights, awesome roads. Wimberly area stole my heart. Can't wait to get back down there!
  7. Hey, that's awesome man. I'm really happy for you. I have no experience with the King Springs so, I leave it up to you two.
  8. Which one of yall did I spot this afternoon at Stevens and 12th in Tacoma? BSM '08 or '09 LGT sedan. Looked factory minus the cross bars it had up top. Anyone on here?
  9. You've probably read that there is a blue/black wire that you need to disconnect from the white connector underneath the dash? Is there another way?
  10. If you were in the PNW I'd trade you my 06 all-stock Outback set for yours, assuming you had LGT stuff. Good luck!
  11. I didn't realize they were engineered and produced exclusively for the Australian market. King Springs website says it's compatible with the AUDM 4th gen Liberty, and the AUDM Outback. If the Outback is also 400lbs lighter over there than it is here in the states, then you would be correct - you probably won't get a little raise out of it. But originally, I was reading off of a site that used the same PN# and listed compatibility with all USDM Outback models ONLY: https://get-primitive.com/springs/251-oe-height-overland-king-springs-2005-2009-outback-standard-height-rear-only.html
  12. I'm telling you I was very happy with my experience there. They will have any future business from me. I think I'll be replacing my cracked dash soon. Now you have me considering a brace. I will be getting ss lines and LGT rotors and pads in the future. I've never heard anything bad about StopTech pads. Do any of yall have experience with EBC (specifically their Yellowstuff)? I know they produce aggressive pads (thinking of Yellowstuff). What are yalls thoughts?
  13. Hmm. The more you know. Learning something new everyday. I understood that disabling yalls DRLs was a different process, but I had no idea the 08s and 09s used different bulbs.
  14. The KSRS29 claims to have a 0.5' lift. How is it not a lift spring?
  15. I paid $300 out of the door. I have nothing to go on, so I don't know how fair that is. I was happy to support his business and pay it though. All-in-all, I was expecting to get quoted for $5-$600. When I went to get a quote for getting my grill painted Onxy Black Metallic, I was quoted $150 - $200 from a different shop. This place prepped everything for liability reasons (masked, disassembled mirrors, etc.). I had them take out the little imperfections before spraying; although, there weren't many so, I'm sure he did so as a courtesy. I'm sure half of that when towards materials and the other half was labor. I also walked away with a life-time warranty and any extra paint they had, so I have 75ml of Champagne Gold Opal to make paint pens out of.
  16. The DRLs are your lowbeams. They reside behind your projector housing. Your DRLs operate at a reduced output when compared to you turn your lowbeams (light used when night-driving) on. I haven't a clue how much but, it's noticeable. Your highbeam is a completely separate bulb located in the reflector housing. In all, you have three bulbs in your headlight housing: 1) DRLs = lowbeams bulbs (at reduced power) 2) Highbeams/"brights" 3) Turn signals/"blinkers"
  17. Got Madrigs FG extended spoiler and my JDM power folding mirrors paint matched. Here are some quick pics of the spoiler on the car.
  18. Went to pick up the JDM power folding mirrors and Madrig FG Spoiler from Collision Specialist today. Cody and his guys did a fantastic job on the paint!
  19. I'd have said that's telegraph tech at first sight!
