  1. Solution for wagon - to replace the lock with soft close lock from previous generation Legacy Wagon. It requires backdoor lock hole enlargement and some simple electrician work. If anyone is interested - I can make DIY record about it.
  2. White STI Logo on pink background - what else can be better for a subaru?
  3. I thought changes are needed to both Eye Sight and Si drive, don't worry, will return si drive with next dump update.
  4. A little stiffer, asphalt fractures became more noticeable and feels like a little sharper in corners. But I would not notice if springs replaced without a notice.
  5. Havent posted for a while. My tein suspension is stuck in the branch office for 1.5 years and i cant get it in my hands yet, so i have purchased STI springs for my stock yellow bilsteins and installed yesterday:
  6. Yes sorry the explanation how to read subaru wiring diagrams is located at first pages of wiring section of manual. I thought everyone is familiar with it. Im glad that you made it.
  7. SI drive feature should be enabled in cluster EEPROM. If it doesn't work with your Facelift cluster - then your facelift cluster EEPROM does not have this feature enabled.
  8. I think your total setup is wrong from beginning. If tactrix is draining power in pad sleep mode - you had to connect it via a relay circuit to shut it up on ACC power loss. Or via ACC powered hub. If your pad stopped working fine - first i would try to connect normal charger and monitor the app behavior. If it works same - reset the pad and try again. If it works in same manner - your pad is faulty. When i had Nexus in my car - I paid for custom intelligent power supply unit, which was integrated to my pad (and battery removed) along with USB hub via otg. the PSU had following features: - simulated nexus battery, so I never had battery "discharge" issues - it has idle mode (it had 8 hour sleep counter - so if I use my car within 8 hours after last ride - it wakes up from sleep). - it went to power off mode after 8 hour idle time and powered up when car started. - it has a self made otg solid wire between devices (to avoid bad contacts or any other problems of cheap China otg wires). - it has integrated 4 port USB hub, powered via otg. - it has 15 seconds sleep delay (to avoid sleeping/waking up during car restart) - and it has a separate charge cable for my mifi router which i used for internet. Additionally i made an external plate for power and volume buttons which i integrated in the convenient place.
  9. Look for Hella Led Fog driving LED solution, they use dual fog/drl lights in one fog light body.
  10. I have purchased a set of Subaru Legacy S401 forged BBS wheels (like on pic)
  11. Odometer reading is stored in cluster chip along with other cluster info. Find the guy who can read it for you and hopefully he can change it as well
  12. I would not recommend this. Airbag error code must be read first to identify the problem instead of trying to fix something that other people had. Especially if topic starter does not know how to read wiring diagrams. Airbag Light solving first step to do - read the error code.
  13. It is JDM trim for Panasonic Strada navigation screen. This one on picture is lacking for air vent conversion pipes and is useless without it. Its the best genuine Subaru trim for Asus Nexus integration. I still have it with my Nexus.
  14. Hi, I did it before several times with my previous car. I used heat gun to gently soften the melted plastic around the clips and it just pops out. If you do it - then the height of plastic is enough to re-apply it again. Usually it has enough plastic left to soften it up again. You can also use big size drill (also gently, with electric screwdriver) to remove melted surroundings and keep central guide pin safe. To apply back - you have to unite these guides to the holes, heat a little that center guide pin and use short screws with big hat (or add bigger wide washers in between) to tighten it up.
  15. I have JDM McIntosh head unit (face-lift), it comes complete with ac control.
  16. "i" letter in front of the number means "Instrument", ie this connector is a part of instrument panel wiring. Open PDF "Instrument Panel wiring harness" location table and check for location on diagram (attached picture). It shows location of connector behind the glove box.
  17. You can post 4 first lines of your dash eeprom and I will tell you what to change
  18. You have to modify cluster chip dump to get rid of the eye sight. But if you want km instead of mileson the dial - I suggest you to look for European version of the cluster. What legacy do you have? Petrol or diesel?
  19. There was parking brake recall by Subaru. Ask your dealer to check it before asking repairs.
