As title states, parts were on for about 1300 miles. Price does NOT include shipping or PP fees. Worked great with the Blouch, too much power now. AEM 340LPH Pump $65 Group N transmission mount (STI) $75 The cracking is the paint since it is almost new, I scraped it off with my finger in 1 spot to verify. Group N trans bracket bushings (STI) $25 (20 if purchased together) ***SOLD*** Complete diff mount with Energy bushing. $80 Be safe and let me know if you have any questions.

Marvick08GT's Ridiculous Build!
Marvick08GT replied to Marvick08GT's topic in Fourth Generation Legacy (2005 - 2009)
Installed Cusco transmission mount and differential mount. Also installed solid driveshaft bushings and whiteline trans bracket bushings. Previous had Group N trans and bracket bushings, and the energy suspension insert in the diff mount. She feels solid again, no more bucking on/off throttle. Very happy. -
Marvick08GT's Ridiculous Build!
Marvick08GT replied to Marvick08GT's topic in Fourth Generation Legacy (2005 - 2009)
Got the car back! Feels like a different animal. Timing and boost are lower due to the 1300's (@28psi now,, need 1700's to raise and keep safety margin, base pressure is @60) other plot is the 26psi Blouch 1.5xtr. Have a complete whiteline bushing and arm kit going in. Also got the cusco type 2 lower brace (with the control arm triangles) rear diff brace and trans/engine mounts. (Group N cannot handle the power) Once all the suspension is done need to get an alignment as well. Ordered 3mm hubcentric spacer/adapters (56.1mm-73.1mm) may or may not install. These will bring me to ET45. (And clear brembos in the future if necessary) -
As far as I have seen, you will lose any of the functions tied to the Nav. 08 spec B here, tired of looking at this old ass Nav.. I will check back to see if a solution is found. Be safe.

Tehnation's Ballin on a budget rebuild!
Marvick08GT replied to Tehnation's topic in Engine Rebuild Threads (Engines Only)
Give Cobb a call, they are cool guys and really care. I have not had an issue with getting support for any Cobb parts. -

08/09 ECU ground location
Marvick08GT replied to ktm200's topic in Fourth Generation Legacy (2005 - 2009)
The grounds are right under the throttle coupler, firewall side on the tgv (drivers). When I removed all of that I extended a ground cable to the starter ground. When I had that issue with my accessport, the pins were loose on the OBD-II connector. -

Marvick08GT's Ridiculous Build!
Marvick08GT replied to Marvick08GT's topic in Fourth Generation Legacy (2005 - 2009)
Dropped the car off... keep Speed in your prayers. They will have the car for 3 days to tune the part throttle and cold start for E85. Will also be installing a RIFE IAT sensor, seems cool and I wanted to check it out! Trying to get a 30psi every day map and a 34psi "kill" map. Up to the tuner of course. The chase bays coolant reservoir is incredible! Great design and I highly recommend. I also have the AN power steering setup to install as well. Will update once I hear something. Getting ready to list my 1k mile used parts as well. -

Car is getting the first real oil change tonight. (993 miles) Motul Xcess 5w40 (builder recommended) Went to install the KTA124 yesterday and realized I needed a few more bushings to complete it.(after I airhammer the bolts out the factory bushing will be toast.) W63394 W63396 W63397 W63398 Some pics of how it sits (dirty.. lol). Waiting on the paint to arrive so I can spray the mirrors and install. -
Outback & Legacy Driveshaft Compatibility
Marvick08GT replied to aero901's topic in Fourth Generation Legacy (2005 - 2009)
As far as I know the only difference in driveshafts is the carrier. Might be able to use metal to make a small bracket to make up the difference. (Driveshaft will bind if the carrier is not low enough) Once you do the suspension swap, pull the bracket out and bolt the carrier directly to the body. Good luck! -

~700 miles and counting! Wanted to throw the wheels on, makes a HUGE difference from the stock 18's. Turn in and overall feel of the car has greatly improved. Going to make sure the preload is set correctly on the dual IWG-75, I don't want any phone calls of not hitting 30+ psi... -
Headlight indicator out
Marvick08GT replied to JimJamie's topic in Fourth Generation Legacy (2005 - 2009)
Either the bulb is blown or someone disconnected the daytime running lights relay. Under the drivers kick panel, that relay also controls the high beam indicator. I have HIDs, so I have mine unplugged, this is a side effect. Good luck!
