I'm only 19, and my parents don't really believe in buying me things..

but thus far.

1992 Lexus sc300 auto-Bought for 700-sold for 2300$

1995 Acura Integra auto non v-tech- bought for 3000 sold for 4000$

2000 Subaru 2.5RS auto-bought for 5500 sold for 6600$

Current 2005 Subaru Legacy gt 5 Spd-bought for 6700 after taxes/reg

Speaking as a parent, I would love it if one of my kids will have the love for cars and entrepreneurship that you do. Good for you.

My last car was a 1999 Volvo V70 R. Nice sleeper and I miss driving it.

i had a beater s-10 for the winter and a beloved 1995 jaguar xj6 that i smashed up missing a deer. made it around the deer but hit a patch of water through a bend, tail came out and not enough room to recover on a narrow road. into an embankment she went. :/
i can put anything i want down here?!

My 05 stock for the most part F150 STX. It had 33s and an aftermarket grill and muffler. I miss that thing sometimes. I had a lot of fun with that thing but got sick of paying so much for gas.

I've found that craigslist has some incredibly desperate people, whether you're buying a car that the person needs to be sold, or a specific model of car (my 2000 2.5rs) that people are really looking to buy.

I might actually look into flipping this one for around 8500, but it blue books for around 8 grand even with the mileage, so If i start having problems i'll start looking into a late 90's LGT and build it;)

i overpay for all of my cars fml. i had a junky jeep that never ran, then i overpaid for a 2003 jetta GLI, traded it in and rolled $9000 onto my $18000 (not including the stupid fees) legacy. then i blew my tax money on a pos mk3 jetta and dumped $500 in it and i will sell it for half. i'll be back on track in about 4 years

hahah you must be patient when it comes to CL, or just selling cars in general, but cash talks, They wanted 8 for my 05, and I showed them 5,900 In cash (2000) in 20's hehehe. But i'm so incredibly thankful i've never had to deal with german engineering, my brother has a 2004 gti VR6, that has been a money pit.

all my friends use me to post their CL ad's because i know how to word it without being dishonest, and highlighting the benefits. pm me if you need help with an ad! :)

I put in a LQ9 6.0L with a Z06 top end, in front of a built 4L80e.

I don't really have a problem with missing torque ;)

Haha, I bet that thing is a blast to go rock crawling with! Don't get me wrong, numbers-wise, the Vortec has nearly double the torque of the stock engine (especially since the stocker was at 320k), I just miss it all being in the 1200-1800 RPM range. Nothing some lower gears won't fix, though :)

i'm not using cl again. one and done. my vw could've been paid off, but i dumped $6,000 in it between repairs and some mods instead. then i just decided to trade it in

Yeah every car i've ever bought/sold i kept stock. you never get what you pay for when it comes to mods.
