Virtual Dyno

I chose that wording on purpose. A little less than 250hp/tq seems right. But if you're not done being tuned, why are you even doing this? You're beating your car and it's knocking because of it.

Im not beating the car though, I had to do a couple of pulls to send back to the tuner.

These pulls are what you see in the VirtualDyno and only one other in romraider dyno.

2 x 3rd gear pulls. I cant see how you can get tuned doing less than this.

I tried to load up 11 of my logs at once and it crapped out with an error of E106: Index was outside of the bounds of the array.

10 of them open up just fine, but if you try to add an extra one in, it errors out...

And uh.. yes, I NEED 11 open at once!! :p

Could you add the Legacy GT wagon as well? The sedan and wagon had some slight differences:

<CarMake>Subaru</CarMake>

<CarModel>Legacy</CarModel>

<CarSubModel>2.5 GT Wagon</CarSubModel>

<StartYear>2005</StartYear>

<EndYear>2007</EndYear>

<Weight>3435</Weight>

<TransTypeManual>true</TransTypeManual>

<TransGear3>1.296</TransGear3>

<TransGear4>0.972</TransGear4>

<FinalGearRatio>4.111</FinalGearRatio>

<DragCoefficient>0.31</DragCoefficient>

<FrontalArea>22.56</FrontalArea>

<TireDiameter>24.62</TireDiameter>

Thanks a ton!

Oh, and what sensor does the program used for AFR? I'm logging AF1, so I assume I need AF2 because it's not showing up on my chart.

And Subaru's MT AWD loss is like what? 18%-ish? 20%?

Hard to say. Probably something in the 20-23 range.

Holy shitballs. Guess the easiest way to tell would be to dyno a brand new LGT and calculate it based on the claimed BHP from Subaru.

Ill add this wagon in the next update. I need to see a log too if your AFR isnt showing up. Just post a log in here and Ill take a look at it.

you should really really those parameters. They are essentially the whole reason to log in general, to monitor knock.

So I have "Fine Learning Knock Correction" but can't find anything named Feedback Knock Correction

I've got the latest version of the Logger Definitions from the RR website. Well, latest as in I dl'ed them 3 weeks ago.

you have to be hooked up to the ecu to get the feedback knock correction 1 and 4byte to display. It will be missing many perameters untill you actually connect. If I had to guess your car actually would show a knock count at 4866/4934 rpms unless your DA table is set to drop 2 degree's right at that rpm. anyway sorry to stray OT, love the updates on the software

Your IAM isn't at 1. That's why you are seeing positive numbers in FLKC. It's advancing timing in the areas that it feels it can safely advance timing in, without raising your IAM back to 1 and therefore advancing everything in one fell swoop.

A negative number means it's retarding timing.

Also, those FLKC numbers are already learned previously, which is why the knock sum didn't increase when those FLKC showed up. The lines where the FLKC numbers show up will correspond to the load/RPM ranges that you see in your LV. If there's red in your LV (or blue), it'll show up in your log. Blue = positive, red = negative.

BigTDogg (MA): Ive added the AFR column to the next column update. Ill push it out in a few minutes and you should start seeing AFR next time you let VD update by being connected to the internet when you start it up.

Let me know if you need anything else.
