What kind of watch do you wear/own?

It's minimalist and durable, just the right size (46mm) for my larger wrists, looks great with a solid, dark brown leather band (Crown and Buckle), and does get compliments fairly often. The super-LumiNova is a nice touch, but don't expect it last too long in the dark. It does require frequent wear (not really a big deal for me since I daily it), otherwise, expect to wind it to the correct time before putting it on if it's been a full day or two. Overall, very pleased with it.

Looking to replace the leather strap on my Bulova Precisionist, any suggestions as to a good place to pick up a nice strap for a fair price? Ideally I would love to find something on Amazon as I have a sizable gift card that I am trying to use up.

Looking to buy myself a watch, kind of hoping for input. Looking for a decent semi formal watch. My budget is $150. Case diameter less than 46mm not completely sure though. Thickness... Thinner is better, I think. Band? I don't know... Analog for sure, date, water resistant (want to be able to get it wet and not have to worry about it). I'm going to be in sales over the summer wearing a suit on and off.

Definitely open to suggestions.

Thanks in advance!

Semi-formal and 48mm do not go together. Semi formal is probably at the max 42mm, and you are going to have to have a larger wrist at that.

My Seiko is 40mm...and fits perfectly.

So...again. probably looking at 42mm max. What style are you looking for? Semi formal is a bit hard to peg down.

Something like this?

Why are we using Seiko and formal in the same sentence?

Seriously? Seiko makes some very nice formal watches.

He mentioned his budget was $150. Kinda limits the brands. Can't get a Patek or Rolex for that.

I like round cases better. Silver or stainless... And leather or metal band. Marks rather than numbers. And I like a little color. Not much though
