You were parked on the Rubios/Mongolian BBQ side. Was talking with coworker and caught a glimpse of the car, didn't catch too many details. White Legacy with HIDs going west on 50 (I was going east) around watt ave exit. Also NPB LGT 2007 going 80 east spotted in Berkeley area with snowboards and skis attached around 215pm. All today.
