4 months ago I could barely do 3 - 4 reps of pull-ups, as of today, I'm doing 6 sets with 8 - 10 reps using different hand holds. I am sooo ready for the Tough Mudder next month.
My wife's balls are delicious.

i need to work on my snatch. every time I do my back hurts...I must be doing it wrong.
