Broke my ravspec lip last winter, and just haven't had the time to deal with it until now.

Just incase anyone is trying to get a ravspec lip, sounds like they are out of stock and not planning on making any more.

Ebay lip it is, will be nice to finally have a proper front lip again.

Installed my lip today. I now understand why everyone recommends removing the bumper (I didn't). I love how it looks!

Thanks man, I love the color contrast/pairing too. The lip Inspector Gadget posted is the same one I have, and cheaper then the one I bought, so pull the trigger!

^ Need to take mine off and reset... snow pulled it off a bit when I went up to ski.

Thanks to Wonder_Boy and Cobb, we stayed very busy this weekend. I had a pit crew working on my 2.5i for a while.

I would recommend removing the bumper just like everyone has mentioned. Plastidip the lip. Clamp the lip on the bumper where you want it. And use self tapping screws. The lip came with some screws.... I used those and a couple extra ones.

Did you have to trim the lip in the center and/or the ends?

Ya sorry, forgot to mention that. The only thing I trimmed was the center. Didn't trim the ends

If you notice the picture I posted of the bumper upside down: you will see little gaps on the concave area in the middle of the bumper. However when it's on the car. It's only noticeable to be when I get on the ground.

^ ok I don't have the the exact measurements off hand, but I have a feeling that the front portion of the lip wouldn't match the front bumper of your LGT, (the concave area, and the reduced area). but hey, who knows???,...it is only 60 bucks... give it a shot, I could be wrong. I mean it would be a good experiment. but I believe it would need some fabrication.
