Set shown is my backup 6k set, since the 10s had a wire come loose during the install. Big ups to Kensun for standing behind their product 112%! I asked for a new set, and they delivered!

Do everyone in your town a favor, and don't use the 10K's. There is a good reason OEM HIDs come in around the 4300 range.

Yeah, it has more to do with marketing and appeasing the masses (and DOT standards) than anything else.

Color temperature aside, there is no discernible difference between 6k and 10k, where light output is concerned.

Also, I live in Tacoma, WA. In the 'hood. Plenty of 10k HIDs, many in applications for which they were not intended.

Uh, no. It has to do with how the human eye works. You will not see as well with the high temp bulbs, it will even be worse in the wet.

Thanks for the lesson, Daniel Stern.

I read the same forum (and the same articles!) you do.

If the bulbs and projector are seated and aimed correctly, I don't think different temps will affect other drivers' eyes any differently.

QFT! Color temperature becomes a moot point, and really no more than a driver's preference.

Yes, switchback LED strips and switchback corners.

They are the hyperblack. Really goes well with the DGM.

I've always wanted to get them, but have never been fully convinced on how they look on DGM. I was more inclined to go with the Hyper Silver since I feel Hyper Black.

Have you posted more photos of your car showing the wheels?

Just install some high power SMD led halos and retrofit a mini-D2s Projectors in my headlights.

I like, but, uh, what happened to your corner markers? Are you running a non-amber bulb?

Switchbacks man..Removed the amber lens and put these LED bulbs in with an LED flasher module..They stay white till ya flip your turn signals or 4-ways on and the switch to orange, then switchback to white when ya shut them off

Are you running an LED bulb with the converter deal? If so, which one?

This is not the exact same kit I purchased as I believe new models came out, but I did purchase it through these guys. Diode Dynamics is very legit. It looks to be the same thing as mine though. Bright LED Switchback turn signal bulbs, available in 2 different brightness levels. I went with the bright one for look and visibilty. And slap the flasher module into your order and you have the items you need to run them, no hyperblinking if you add the module. Here is it.

Finished product! My camera struggles with the brightness of the halos but they look incredible! All credit goes to my friend Dana and his retrofitting mad-genius ways. I am stoked to be a part of the Touge Fighter family now. If anyone wants to retrofit their lights then hit me up and I'll get you connected!
