zepplinluvr2 Posted July 4, 2013 Share Posted July 4, 2013 I need to get those. I just nite shaded my eyelids on, and I was a dummy and put the last 2 coats on thick, and it cracked. I bought some black glue glue from Home Depot. And glued dem bitches up and still looks like a rain forest in there You may have to take them off and rebake to wipe moisture out. Black winshield glue from the parts store in a fine bead then bake them together. Clamp them and install the screws while still warm. FYI I baked mine @ 215 for 9 minutes. I bought it from amazon and thought it was plasitdip translucent. thinking i could just peel it off....well...i couldnt. MrTris Posted August 11, 2014 Share Posted August 11, 2014 Finally up and running, and after a brief fiasco with the damn LED corner bulbs (short version: Don't do it.), here's what I did to mine and how well it works with the side bits have been hit with a decent coat of VHT Nightshades. HID retrofit with super sharp cutoff. Haven't had a chance to go for a night drive yet, but, they're pretty badass for what I paid. Set shown is my backup 6k set, since the 10s had a wire come loose during the install. Big ups to Kensun for standing behind their product 112%! I asked for a new set, and they delivered! Despite what it looks like in the picture, they're pretty white. I'll get around to trying the 10s here, soon, probably when the weather starts to turn. Meanwhile, I'm happy with the outcome.
