snow05gtRI
2002 - handed down / lightly purchased '94 Nissan Maxima w/ 136k miles off my parents (dad upgraded to a jeep grand cherokee) 2008 - traded in Maxima for 2005 LGT w/ 24k miles in June, now at 31k (graduated college, got a semi-nice job, could afford to be in debt i guess) maxima had 186k+ on the odometer but more than likely had 200k+ on the engine, the odometer stopped often. I eventually figured out how to fix it by hitting the trip reset button, but i don't think it was counting mileage correctly anyway. theres no way I only put 50k on it in 6yrs, i drove A LOT and to places very far away. i was more often than not the driver with my friends. started the car one day and engine was making ridiculously loud noises (not exhaust type) and figured it was not worth it to repair. i was surprised it made it to the dealership on the trade in. thats how bad it sounded. my plan was to always drive the car till it died...didn't think it would happen that soon though
dudeondacouch
'95- 1991 Ford Mustang LX (Red, Auto, 4cyl, slowest car evAr!) ^^^Totalled '96- 1991 Chevy Beretta GTZ (Red, 5spd, Quad4 DOHC, same displacement as Mustang but twice the power, I loved this car!) ^^^Sold for $975 with 208k on the odo and still running AFAIK '99- 1996 Chevy Beretta (Blue, 5spd, 2.2 L4, back to slowest car evAr) ^^^Blown engine, left in Crabtree Mall parking lot in Raleigh, NC. '02- 1996 Mitsubishi Diamante LS (Champagne, Auto, V6, kinda slow, but luxurious and only $500) ^^^Used as fireworks display on July 4, 2004. Stereo, sunroof, power windows never worked again. Offroaded on various firing points in East and West Range training areas. Left in parking lot of Bldg. 6010, Fort Sill, Oklahoma. '03- 2003 Mazda Protege ES (Laser Blue Mica, 5spd, 2.0, Modded to hell, 15.9 1/4mi but handled like it was on rails.) ^^^First ever new car. Taken GREAT care of, traded in for over 2/3 of the original purchase price in '06 with 48k miles. '06- 2004 Nissan Xterra SE S/C (Blue, Auto, 4x4, Supercharged 3.3 V6, Great offroad vehicle, decently quick on the road too, but fuel consumption is HORRIFIC!) ^^^Will probably never buy a new car again after the Mazda, not worth it. Still have this truck and don't plan on getting rid of it until it falls apart. '08- 2005 Subaru Legacy GT Wagon Limited (Obsidian Black Pearl, Black Leather, 5spd) ^^^Will be Stage II+ as soon as I get home, already a modding money pit!)
