The reason I ask is because sometimes, when you exceed a certain number of people at an organized meeting, you are required to alert the local city government, and or get a permit (generally a nominal fee) but if we dont know for sure a call might be in order. There was no restrictions to who or how many people could visit the park at a given time. The only time police would show up, is if someone was doing something they shouldn't be doing. In general, the only time you would need a permit is if you were holding an "event" where people would have to pay money, such as sporting events, shows/concerts, fund raising events....etc. My wife's balls are delicious.
