Hanger Posted September 17, 2007 Author Share Posted September 17, 2007 Hey guys, about the ticket and traffic school i have a question I've just got the courtesy notice from the court, from what it said on the letter it mentioned i can mail in the check for $272+39 (Traffic school fees) to LA superior court to pay my bail amount and request traffic school since this is my 1st offense. By sending in the check thru mail i can avoid attending court which is appointed on the citation on Nov. 15th. My question is is this what people does? By sending the check in and request traffic school instead of showing up? My mom is anal about these stuffs, and offered to pay the ticket first then i pay her back later. She already had a check written up and anal about me thinking of request a extension on the bail payment. This is all about generating more money, got nothing to do w/ safety! that really is what tickets are really about these days. spare money that the city can use to do whatever. i think they should fine u based upon ur yearly salary. like they do in germany and other european countries. if u are poor, u don't pay as much in terms of tickets since u make less... but if u got the $$ moola, ur ticket will be in the hundreds if not thousands. i think that system is fair since it allows the financial impact of the ticket to be "equal" in terms of financial status. i mean i bet if donald trump got a ticket for $200 bucks he would laugh at it as his underwear costs that much probably. but make that ticket worth $200,000 i bet he would think twice about speeding next time. Fxxk!! it's a damn cop like the dog hide behind the little gap of the stone bar. he got me 85 and i spend almost 500 for 2 tickets one day . one for speeding and one for the front window tinting!!!!!! one more experience i'd to share one time in rowland height. i think most of people if they got green light to turn right they don't need to yield the opposite side's car to turn left.RIGHT? but not with a damn cop the cop want to turn left and i want to turn right in the same time with green light and he pulled me over.guest what. he not saying i should yield to him. he pulled for i had the front side marker is WHITE!!!it cost me one day and around 50 bucks:mad: finally my friend, i been around 9 years in monterey park and i saw almost 10 times "COP PARTY" to set u up. like fake pedestian to walk across the road an u don't yield. i almost been set up of that.but here is one trick to solve. Follow the front car without to much gap. i know it 's danger but i been gotten away by that set up. and the car in my front got ticket!!!!! So i have to just figure out if mailing the check in 1st will avoid showing up in court and all i think there will be two choice for u 1 mailing the money and apply the traffic school 2 not plead guilty. but still need to mailing the money and make appointment to court and fight for it. u might had a chance to win if the damn cop not appear. i have a friend that does for running stop sign.they will give u money back. but u may waste one day for it and not sure win. if u had job it is not really worth it. FREAK!! anyways took an internet class.. was pretty easy.. watched football and just answered the question.. had 2 browsers up.. one with the questions and 1 just going back and forth looking for the answers.. this was a long time ago... now a days i think there is a timer on the page b4 you can go.. but in anycase.. it is something.. it was fairly inexpensive.. and you don't sit thru 8 hours of crap.. of course this is after you fight it and don't win.. but yeah..
