Hey guys, promised pics and clips today and here they are! Clips are close to being there in person and listening to it, slightly off but really close

My friend and his father were in my car for one of the clips, my friend was filming. Sounds nice in person.

Fitment Issue: The position where the vibra mount was to be installed was in a different location so we had to make a ghetto solution. In the pics you can see that we made a piece of metal to hold the vibramount in the right position to support the CAI. Spent a lot of time finding out how to mount and secure that. Otherwise, the install was quick.

Any questions, just ask!

wow man after CAI sounds flippin dank. that vroom is what i like to hear. thanks alot man. will it sound any different with an auto?

I've got an auto  JayMitch has a 5-spd manual and he says it sounds better in the higher rpms, but you can use the sportshift to achieve similar results, if not the same depending on when you shift.

thanks for sharing...

what's the butt dyno tellin ya?

The more miles I put on the car, the bigger the difference feels. But then again, it is the butt dyno so it's +/- 10 AWHP haha. But the engine brethes a lot easier, acceleration is better as well. And the sound is just awesome. To me, it was definitely worth it, even though it was more of a pain to install it due to some things not being in the right place.

Fog lights look real good, the yellow over lays turned out realy nice.

Thanks JayMitch. So you're still thinking about a set for yourself? :)

if only you guys were in the bay area i would pay you to install

dood just buy the parts that monkey... w/e bought. take the old intake and plenum off disconnecting the MAF. unscrew everything that its attached to it and toss it. Take the T connector and attach all the hose lines to it. take the big metal thing(intake) and and put it in the spot were the old one was and connect the MAF and vacuum lines to it. don't forget to switch the rubber lining from were the old intake sat on, and put it on top so new intake wouldn't rub on the chassis. make sure everything is tight in place including the filter. then you open the driver door stick the key into the hole on the side of the steering wheel and feel the difference.

sorry monkey man that was your job

hey monkeyhermit, what metal piece did you add for the vibramount? im kinda lost.

Basically, the one circled in red in the pic below. One of the mounts for the stock intake was in the incorrect position so I had to come up with something to hold the vibramount close to where it needs to be. Hope this helps.
